Your use of DJ Tronix website is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read the following information carefully. By using this website and catalog or submitting an order for products or services, you indicate your acceptance of, an agreement to be bound by, the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you have the right to avoid shopping with us. Nevertheless, DJ Tronix is obligated to your satisfaction, as a client and will do every thing in our power to serve you and comply with your wishes. These terms and conditions may be changed by DJ Tronix at our discression. It’s your responsibility as a user to periodically return to this page to review the terms and conditions for amendments. The amended terms shall take effect automatically the day they are posted on the website. Continuing use of our website for shopping with DJ Tronix will constitute agreement to such amendments.
Payments by Master card, Visa, American Express, Discover is gladly accepted. All credit card orders are shipped to the billing address of the credit card. For your protection and ours, every 3rd party shipment requires that you contact your credit card company and put your shipping address as a secondary one. DJ Tronix uses the latest in encryption technology, digital certificates and secured commerce servers, and authentications to ensure your personal information on line is secured and confidential. We throughly investigate the validity of each credit card. We will assist the authorities in prosecuting all fraudulent transactions. To protect our interests as well as yours, we always check billing and shipping information, so sometimes it might take up to 3 business days to fulfill an order. When a credit card has been authorized, the credit card company locks. Those funds so that you the customer will not max your card. Do not be alarmed, it does not mean that you’ve been charged. We only charge our customer once the order had been fulfilled. Once the item is shipped a receipt will be attached to it with the invoice. Sometimes the invoice and the receipt will be mailed to you.
DJ Tronix reserves the right to cancel or delay any order without notice at its own discretion for any reason including: unverified or erroneous billing, 3rd party shipment not affiliated with the cardholder’s details, offensive or unprofessional response from any of our cliental, or the merchandise ordered was discontinued. Any order not able to verify, process, item not available or discontinued with in 3 days automatically without notice. DJ Tronix reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
DJ Tronix will make all reasonable efforts to make quick deliveries. Merchandise in stock will usually ship with in 48 hours of order receipt. Some items shown may not be in stock at the time of order and stock is shipped on first come first serve basis. We do not ship back orders, but we welcome your re orders. Since some of our suppliers are slower than others, please ask for time estimate for the back order product. If you have a deadline it must be stated to the djtronix.com sales rep or must be mentioned on the order form. DJ Tronix will make all reasonable efforts to meet such deadline but cannot guarantee on time delivery and cannot be held liable for it.
There is a sales tax charge added to all orders in the state of CA. This charge will be added to your order when it is being processed.
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS. All returns must include an return authorization # (RA). All returns for warranty repair, no warranty repair, dead on arrival (DOA), shipped wrong, or damaged is to be shipped prepaid. Any items shipped without an RA# will be refused automatically. Any item found defective upon arrival is repaired under warranty immediately. All returns for exchange or credit must be shipped prepaid, in perfect condition, exhibit no scratches, never installed on a rack case, no cosmetic damages, signs of wear, and all proper paper work such as warranty card, instruction manuals, connecting cables must be included for proper exchange or credit. Any package not shipped to DJ Tronix prepaid will be refused. DJ Tronix does not issue call tags for any reason. The customer is responsible for all related shipping charges. Make sure you order the right item, there is a 20% re stocking fee. DJ Tronix does not participate in any price guarantee or offer any price protection of any kind. All sales are final. There are absolutely no refunds. We will gladly give you store credit. In case of cancellation of an order a full refund will be applied to your account (if the order has not been shipped). If the order has been shipped, we will charge you with the shipping costs and refund you fully on the product only.
Occasionally we offer "FREE SHIPPING" on selected items chosen. Free shipping offer is good on credit card or pre-paid purchases only and only on the selected "FREE SHIPPING" items shipped to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping that we pay to ship these items to you is not "refundable" or "exchangeable". For example, if you order a "FREE SHIPPING" mixer for $150 and it cost us $20 to ship it to you, and you decide to return it for exchange for any reason, you would only receive $130 of it in store credit plus the 20% re stocking fee which ends up to be $104. which you could apply towards your next purchase. There are NO REFUNDS or CREDIT on any shipping charges.
Our Free Shipping offer is for UPS ground only. Some states do not qualify for free shipping (ground) and must be shipped via AIR. Contact DJ Tronix for details.
Some larger packages and other heavier items such as complete systems, multiple box shipments, speakers, cases, stands require additional handling charges and may not qualify for our free shipping offers. Please contact DJ Tronix, Inc. for more info on shipping rates. Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via next day or 2nd day air only. DJ Tronix does not ship to P.O. boxes, APO & FPO and all other military bases. DJ Tronix does not accept any credit cards issued out of the United States. DJ Tronix requires a physical street address through out the U.S. only. Although DJ Tronix does its best to ship orders in a timely manner, because we use 3rd party carriers such as UPS and trucking, we do not guarantee shipping time in transit and cannot be held liable for it. DJ Tronix packs all packages very securely for the time in transit. DJ Tronix is not responsible for damages made to the merchandise in transit. You the customer must file claim with carrier. The customer is responsible for all related shipping charges. Shipping that we pay to ship these items to you is not "refundable" or "exchangeable". Ground shipping to western states takes 1-3 business days, mid western states 3-5 business days, east coast 5-7 business days. All products advertised on the website are brand new factory sealed models, unless otherwise specified on our products page. All of our products are backed up by full factory and manufacturers limitations warranty only. DJ Tronix does not offer any store or extended warranty of any kind. We will gladly ship your defective items that are under warranty to the manufacturer for you. There will be related shipping charges which is not covered under warranty. Customer is responsible for all related shipping charges. For any non warranty repairs there will be a charge for parts, labor, any other charges applicable plus all shipping charges. There is no warranty on: light bulbs, fluids and juices, cartridges, cables, headphones, cases, racks, lighting stands and any other stands, novelties, bulk products, raw speakers, tweeters, slip mats. These items listed may not be returned for any reason. Any merchandise sold as is may not be returned for any reason.
