The rack shall include a steel top, Lowell Model No. LPTR-TC, which shall mount to the rack's four corner post rails. The top shall be 16-gauge steel with a flat black powder epoxy finish. It shall measure 18.812 in. wide x 16.350 in. deep. x 1.750 in. high.
